CLASS STRUCTURE
Each 60-minute session is carefully structured to keep kids active, engaged, and progressing. Classes begin with a 10-minute warm-up to prepare the body through movement, stretching, and mobility exercises. This is followed by 20 minutes of agility training focused on coordination, speed, balance, and reaction skills. The next 20 minutes are dedicated to strength development using age-appropriate exercises that improve body control, confidence, and overall athletic ability. Sessions finish with 10 minutes of games and fun challenges that reinforce teamwork, movement skills, and positive social interaction while keeping the experience enjoyable.
